Welcome to Spot Theory at anfiio.store (the “Site”), operated by ANFIIO LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the Site and purchases from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate order information and be authorized to use the payment method supplied. You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its operation; introduce malicious code; or attempt unauthorized access.

2. Products and safety

We sell leopard-print accessories, jewelry, home and lifestyle accents, and pet accessories. Products are subject to availability. We try to display colors, measurements, materials, and finishes accurately, but screen settings, lighting, and ordinary manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Follow product instructions, review measurements before ordering, supervise pets with accessories, and keep small items away from children and pets where they could create a choking or entanglement hazard.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices and promotions prospectively. If a material pricing or product-information error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, product unavailability, a material listing error, payment failure, or apparent unauthorized resale. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by the secure third-party providers shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. We do not store full payment-card details on our own servers.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, separate packages, tracking, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If a package is lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by our policies and applicable law.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right or statutory warranty.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and other content are owned by or licensed to ANFIIO LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Spot Theory” and “Anfiio” are used as store and brand identifiers. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit protected Site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfillment partners, social platforms, and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit responsibilities we cannot exclude by law.

10. Site availability and disclaimers

We do not promise that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. These Terms do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANFIIO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products. Any monetary limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or nonwaivable consumer rights. Where a limitation is permitted, our aggregate liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under the law of the consumer’s state or under applicable federal law. Any forum or jurisdiction requirement applies only to the extent legally enforceable.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised version and updated date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
