Thank you for shopping with Anfiio (operated by ANFIIO LLC). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times for the United States after processing:

Total estimated delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, based on your order and destination.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our Site.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package's progress.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking number does not work after this period, contact us at support@anfiio.com and we'll help.


5. Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If you ordered several items and only received part of your order, the rest is likely still on its way. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.


6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us at support@anfiio.com as soon as possible — we can usually update the address within 12 hours of purchase, before the order is processed.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has clearly passed, please contact us at support@anfiio.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Undelivered or "Delivered but Not Received" Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or household members.
  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order.
  3. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@anfiio.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
