Return & Refund Policy

At Anfiio, we want you to love every piece you order — whether it's a necklace, pendant, decorative ornament, or an accessory for your pet. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below before reaching out.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Unfortunately, once 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It is in the original packaging, with any tags, protective films, or accessories included.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
  • The return is requested within the 30-day window described above.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or is not in resalable condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Pierced earrings and body jewelry (sealed for hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items (including custom names, dates, or photos).
  • Pet accessories that have been worn or used by a pet (for hygiene reasons).
  • Final Sale or Clearance items, which are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully check orders before they ship, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Please contact us at support@anfiio.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear description of the problem.
  3. Photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item (and the shipping label/packaging if relevant).

Once verified, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. In most of these cases, you will not be asked to ship the item back.


5. How to Start a Return

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

To start a return:

  1. Email support@anfiio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. If your return is approved, we will send you the correct return shipping address and step-by-step instructions.

Please note: Because our items ship from multiple fulfillment centers, the return address may differ from the address on your original package. Always use the return address we provide — not the address on the shipping label.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover all return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong choice, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns (for example, change of mind, wrong choice, or no longer needed). This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive items shipped without tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or, for damaged/defective items, once your claim is approved), we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted (at our discretion) if:

  • The item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item (subject to the eligibility rules above), and
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

9. Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email support@anfiio.com as soon as possible.

  • We can usually cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase, before the item enters processing or shipping.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may follow the standard return process after delivery.

10. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact support@anfiio.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
