Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-day request period

You may request a return or another resolution within 30 days after delivery. For a standard change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Start a request

Email support@anfiio.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send an item to our business mailing address, registered-agent address, Zendrop, a supplier, or the address printed on the original shipping label. If a physical return is required and approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and destination.

3. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Please inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 days when reasonably possible if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, and include clear photos or video of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may be a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Some verified claims may be resolved without a physical return. Reporting after 7 days does not by itself waive rights that cannot be limited by law.

4. Non-returnable items

Personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, items clearly identified as final sale, used pet products, and pierced earrings or body jewelry that have been worn, tried on, or removed from sealed hygiene packaging are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These items remain eligible for review if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the description, except where the law provides a different right.

5. Return shipping and fees

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, Spot Theory will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Refund timing

We will notify you after the approved return or submitted evidence has been reviewed. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers commonly require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. If an approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us at support@anfiio.com.

7. Exchanges, cancellations, and address changes

For a different size or style, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters processing or ships. If we cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled item or order.
