Orders & Payment


How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add the items you love to your cart, and click checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the additional payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are handled by trusted, secure third-party payment processors over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can usually update or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, before it enters processing. Email us at support@anfiio.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but you can follow our return process after delivery.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing after a little while, email us at support@anfiio.com and we'll confirm your order and resend it.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, based on your shipping destination.

Shipping & Delivery


Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. Shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout based on your address.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed. During promotions or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. So your total estimated time is processing (1–3 business days) plus shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees, as carriers, customs, weather, and peak seasons can cause delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating. If it still isn't working after that, contact us at support@anfiio.com and we'll help.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

We work with multiple fulfillment centers, so items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times. If you've received only part of your order, the rest is likely still on its way. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns.

My tracking hasn't updated / my package seems stuck.

Occasionally tracking pauses during transit or customs. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has clearly passed, email us at support@anfiio.com and we'll work with the carrier to find a solution.

My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive it.

Please try the following first:

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors or household members.
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct.
  • Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.

If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I start a return?

Please email us first at support@anfiio.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. Once approved, we'll send you the correct return address and instructions. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Which items can't be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Pierced earrings and body jewelry
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items
  • Pet accessories that have been worn or used by a pet
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift cards
Is there a restocking fee?

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (for example, change of mind). This fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — those are fully covered by us.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We're sorry about that — we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@anfiio.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you won't need to ship the item back.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damaged/defective claim), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to get a different style, color, or size is to return the original item (subject to our return rules) and place a new order for the one you want.

Products & Care


Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to photograph our pieces accurately, but actual colors and finish may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and small natural differences in handmade or finished items. These variations are normal and aren't considered defects.

What materials are your pieces made from?

Materials vary by item and are listed on each product's page. If you have a specific question about a material or finish — for example, for sensitive skin — email us at support@anfiio.com and we'll be glad to help.

How should I care for my jewelry?

A few simple habits keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Keep jewelry dry — remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and tangling.
  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.
How do I choose the right size for pet accessories?

Please check the size guide or measurements listed on the product page before ordering. For your pet's safety, always supervise them with new accessories at first, and remove any item that seems uncomfortable or could pose a hazard.

Can I order an item as a gift?

Absolutely. At checkout you can ship to a different address. If you have a special request, just email us at support@anfiio.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Account & More


Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.

How do I check my order status?

You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account to view your order status. If you need a hand, email us with your order number.

How do you handle my personal information?

We take your privacy seriously and never sell your personal information. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.
